1. Acceptance and pre-launch status
By using this website, you agree to these Website Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. BAS Calibration Suite is in pre-launch development. Demonstrations, screenshots, forms, account links, downloads, and described services may be previews and may not yet be operational.
2. Informational purpose
The website provides general information about BAS Calibration Suite, planned trials, licensing, pricing, reports, and support. BAS may correct errors and update product information as development and testing continue. A feature is not promised for release unless it appears in the final published product documentation or purchase terms.
3. Eligibility and accounts
The website and BAS services are intended for persons who are at least 18 and capable of entering a binding agreement. When accounts become available, users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials, and notify BAS of suspected unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with website operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape or overload the service; impersonate another person; use the website unlawfully; or copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or exploit BAS content or software except where expressly authorized by law or a written BAS agreement.
5. Intellectual property
The BAS name, logos, website, software interface, documentation, reports, graphics, text, and other materials are owned by BAS Software Solutions LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Viewing this website does not transfer ownership or grant a software license.
6. Pricing, trials, purchases, and renewals
Displayed prices are intended to be straightforward customer-facing prices. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. A purchase will be governed by the final checkout disclosure, license terms, refund policy, and subscription information presented before payment. Trial use is governed by the separate Trial Terms. BAS will clearly disclose annual renewal terms and obtain affirmative consent before initiating an automatically renewing purchase.
7. Third-party services
The website may rely on or link to hosting, payment, video, email, analytics, and other third-party services. BAS is not responsible for third-party content or independent practices, and use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimers
The pre-launch website and its materials are provided on an “as available” basis. BAS does not guarantee that preview content is error-free, continuously available, or suitable for a particular calibration, regulatory, contractual, or quality-assurance requirement. Users remain responsible for professional judgment, instrument procedures, required standards, review, and approval of calibration work.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, BAS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the promotional website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Final software-license terms will state the liability rules applicable to paid software use.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply. Any permitted legal proceeding will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in New York. BAS may update these terms and will post the revised effective date.
